From humanitys oldest profession, comes its greatest saviour, Roxanne Douglas, aka Gutter Sniper.
She is a child of the streets. Born in Orange City, her drug addicted father left her mother before she was even born. Her mother was forced to work the streets, and would later die of the consequences. A fate that has also befallen Roxanne. So how is it that Roxannes still in the land of the living?
This is thanks to the enigmatic gentleman known simply as, The Client. He was one of Roxannes regulars, but was mainly interested in watching her perform childhood routines of gymnastics, and engaging in pleasantly educational conversation.
Some of these conversations pertained to many of the usefully useless gifts he would shower her with - mainly firearms. However, the most bizarre of these presents was a feathered boa with matching torque. The client remarked that these were tokens of good luck against the dangers of the harsh society she flirted with: life comes cheap, however, these are free. he remarked.
And the night Roxannes existence came to a brutal ending, was the moment her life truly started: at the hands of her pimp, Rawlston Gillespie, her neck was broken. On impact, the feathered boa and torque erupted shards of lightning and flame, which seemingly and instantly reanimated her.
It has become apparent that The Client may have been testing some form of secret life giving technology. But why choose Roxanne? All will be revealed as this most unlikely of heroes patrols the night streets - a self styled defender of her kindred and the underdog.
